    4. Access to the worldwide network of CCC private club affiliations.

    5. A variety of corporate deals & other services offered exclusively by top brands, organizations and corporations to the CCC members.

    6. Possibility to pay fixed annual corkage fees.

  • The CCC board has appointed a management committee, who is assigned the sole power to accept or refuse a membership applicant without any obligation to announce or justify the reasons for either of the decisions.

    1. Applicant fills a membership request application and submits it to CCC General Manager.

    2. The application needs to be endorsed by a minimum of 2 existing members by listing their names & contact numbers for CCC management to contact them.

    3. The management committee meets on a monthly basis to decide on membership applications.

    4. Applicant will be informed of the committee’s decision by an official letter.

    5. In case of acceptance membership price should be deposited into the CCC bank account within 1 week from receipt of letter.

    6. Once the CCC receives the membership payment, the member’s name is announced on the general announcement board and a membership card is issued.

    7. Member receives a copy of the Rules of the Club. All Members shall in every way and at all times help to keep order and protect the property of the Club and do all in their power to maintain its character and reputation.


    CCC MANAGEMENT

    The CCC General Manager is appointed by the board, and is authorized by it to fully manage the premises, the staff, and ensure that the CCC house rules are applied at all times.

    3. Cultured, intellectual, and refined.

    4. Congenial to existing members.

    5. Minimum age: 25 years.


    MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE VOTING SYSTEM

    The voting on new membership applications is done via the “blackballing” system. Each committee member submits a white paper with either a “yes” or a “no” into a box. A single “no” vote would result into declining the membership request.


    POWER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TO SUSPEND OR EXPEL

    The Management Committee shall have power to reprimand, suspend, or expel any Member who shall infringe any Rule, or whose conduct shall, in their opinion, render him unfit for membership of the Club but no Member shall be suspended or expelled without being first summoned before the Committee to explain his conduct, nor unless a majority of two-thirds of the committee members then present shall vote for his suspension or exclusion.

    A suspended Member shall forfeit all rights and privileges under these rules, but shall remain liable to pay his subscription during his suspension.


    CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

    A membership is cancelled by:

    i) non-payment of subscriptions

    ii) expulsion by the executive management committee

    iii) resignation

    In the 3 cases the initial admission fees paid are non-refundable.

  • 1. A member may invite friends as visitors. The visitor and the member introducing him shall sign their names in a book kept for that purpose. The following shall not be admitted as visitors:

    (a) Former Members who have been expelled.

    (c) Persons who have been nominated for membership and were refused.

    2. Age restrictions:

    Guests must be over the age of 18. Children may accompany members on the following occasions only:

    a. On Friday (family day) from early morning to 5:00 p.m

    b. Special holidays and occasions: Christmas, Easter, Sham El-Nessim, Small Feast, Kurban Bairam, Mother’s Day.

    c. Children parties may be held at the club’s banquet facilities only by prior arrangement with management.

    3. Conduct of Guests:

    Members are at all times responsible for the conduct of their guests.

The individual membership is issued to a principal member only. An additional fee is applied to include spouses. The membership is life-long, yet non-inheritable and non transferable.

Dependents of members are only allowed access as guests accompanied with the principal member (please refer to the guests policy below).

The corporate membership is issued to a corporation or firm. The membership is issued in the name of the corporation and membership cards are issued to a maximum of five nominees working for that corporation. The corporation is entitled to request the transfer of membership cards from one executive to another at any point of time during the course of the membership. Each nominated individual shall fill a special application form kept for the purpose and be subject to the approval of the CCC management committee prior to enjoying any of the member’s benefits. The corporation will be responsible for all subscription and all other type of fees and charges incurred by its nominees.

Corporate memberships are issued for a period of 5 years. They are renewable for consecutive 5-year periods against additional fees.

1. All activities at the Club are considered private. No information regarding any function held at the Club shall be released to the media. In the event members of the media are guests, their host should advise them that Club activities might not be reported.
2. Photographs may be taken solely for the use of the Club or the personal use of the members of the group photographed. Photographs may not be used for a non-Club publication without the prior approval of Club Management.
3. Members and guests shall not send employees on errands outside of the Club House.
4. No demonstrations shall be held in the club, nor shall any meeting arranged or attended by any person for the purpose of advancing cause of any political candidate or party.
5. No animals or pets are allowed in the club.
6. The Club shall not be liable to any member or any person for any loss of and/or damage to property (including automobiles) or for personal injury or death suffered on premises owned or leased by the club. Accordingly, the club is released from any liability thereof.
7. The names, address and telephone numbers of the members and/or prospective members shall not be used for other than Club purposes. It is a member’s responsibility to notify the office of any change in their address or phone number.
1. In the interest of providing better service, members are requested to make advance reservations for dinner or to attend special events. Likewise, members should advise the Club of any changes in their plans.

2. Special dinners and parties can be arranged by communicating with the Club’s management a minimum of 48 hours prior to the requested event.

1. Members and guests are expected to be dressed “smart casual” at all areas of the CCC. Ripped & torn Jeans, T-shirts, shorts, trainers, and sneakers are forbidden.

2. The banquet facilities are generally used for specific functions wherein proper attire is specifically indicated.

1. Members are responsible at all times for the conduct and behavior of their
guests, including compliance with House Rules, as well as for all charges associated with their guests.

2. No excessive drinking, foul language, or other misconduct shall be permitted on the Club’s premises. The Management shall deal with any member offending under this rule.

3. It shall be the policy of the Club that members not reprimand or malign staff members under any circumstances. All service complaints should be brought to the attention of the Club’s management.

4. Members and their guests should be respectful to other members and guests who may also be using the Club.

1. All alcoholic beverages consumed on Club property must be either purchased from the Club or paid the respective corkage fees.

2. Members are permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in the CCC only when served by the Club’s regular bar attendants or servers.

3. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone who is, or appears to be, intoxicated.

4. The Club may ask for proof of age before serving alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to anyone under the age of 21.

5. Members get the benefit of paying a fixed annual “Bouchon Charge” covering all hard liquors they may wish to bring to the club. Alternatively, members may select to pay “a per bottle charge”. Non-members could only pay “a per bottle charge”.
